How to access the GUICE platform?

On the internet, from your home or office, from the home page of the SEGUCE website: www.segucerdc.cd, by entering your username and password on the login form.

Or, if you do not have an internet connection, from one of our workspaces made available to you and called Facilitation Centers. These spaces are accessible free of charge from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

To connect to GUICE and carry out your operations, enter your unique and secure username and password in the reserved field on the home page.

How do I get my login details?

Register with SEGUCE RDC by completing the forms available at our offices, online at www.segucerdc.cd or on request at supportclient@segucerdc.cd, or by phone through our call center +243 843 385 959

There is no SEGUCE center in the city where I am, how do I attend training and use the application?

You must approach the SEGUCE office located in the city closest to yours.

I don't have an internet connection or a computer. How can I use the GUICE?

I am a freight forwarder and I do not have a SYDONIA code, what should I do?

The forwarder who wishes to carry out his operations in the GUICE must imperatively provide his SYDONIA code proving his approval as customs commissioner with the DGDA.

Please contact the DGDA to request the issuance of an SYDONIA access code.

I am an economic operator and I do not have Import / Export numbers, how can I access the GUICE?

The possession of the Import / Export number is a prerequisite to be registered in the GUICE. This number is issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

I am having difficulty using the platform and the telephone support does not allow me to resolve my problem

You can go to one of our workspaces at your disposal, called facilitation centers, to be assisted by one of our advisers. A free access workstation will be made available to you to access the application. Don't forget to have your username and password ready!

The import / export of my merchandise does not require a license or ministerial authorization. Do I have to go through the GUICE?

Passing through GUICE is compulsory for all import, export and transit operations in the provinces of Kinshasa, ex-Katanga, Kongo Central and eventually throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Is training mandatory to use and access GUICE?

Yes. This is a prerequisite for obtaining your login details

Can we say that SEGUCE and GUICE are one and the same?

No. SEGUCE is the operating company of the Integral Single Window of Foreign Trade responsible for implementing a reform aimed at facilitating the foreign trade of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

GUICE is a neutral, transparent and secure electronic platform that centralizes all regulatory, customs and logistics components relating to import, export and transit operations of goods.

Briefly, SEGUCE RDC is the company that provides GUICE as a service.

When can we use the Integral Single Window for Foreign Trade (GUICE) platform?

The GUICE platform is available 24/7.

What is the difference between the Integral Single Window for Foreign Trade (GUICE) and the Business Creation Window (GUCE)?

The Integral Single Window for Foreign Trade is an electronic platform centralizing all operations related to the import-export and transit of goods.

The Business Creations Window is a public company which grants the documents necessary to make an entity official (establishments, companies, etc.).

GUICE and GUCE are two different things and cannot be considered to be alike in relation to the similarity of words.
