popularization campaign launch

It was on October 31, 2022 that the Prime Minister, His Excellency SAMA LUKONDE, launched the GUICE Outreach campaign at the Béatrice hotel. The Minister of Trade, His Excellency Jean Lucien Bussa took this initiative under his cap as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. This activity is part of the change management framework and intends to extend to other cities in the DRC such as Lubumbashi, Kolwezi, Matadi, Lufu, etc.
